Online Returns policy

Items purchased online may be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days. Returns can be processed as follows:

Returning the item
To return your product, it should be mailed to:

All returns must be fully insured to cover all costs should any damage or loss occur in transit.

Buyers will be responsible for shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

Returned products must be wrapped and well protected with original packaging, including the store tags in place with no damage.

Any missing original packaging or damage to the item returned may result in reduction of refund value. If packaging is deemed unsuitable, and items are damaged as a result, this may also affect refund total.

When requesting a refund, please send an email, detailing the courier information, tracking number and expected delivery date, to info@thebridalcompanyni.com. This may help to speed up your refund request. Forever White cannot be held responsible for any lost, missing or damaged items, or if the goods are not returned via an authorised courier company. All goods must be received within 14 days of receipt of your purchase for refund.
 

Receiving your refund
Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible once goods are received. It may take up to 7 working days for funds to appear in your account. Deductions may be made from the value of the refund for any loss in value of goods supplied. 

Returns and refunds are governed under The Sale of Goods Act and Distance Selling Regulations. This return policy is valid for any returns received within 14 days.

Items bought in store are subject to the in store returns policy. Dresses in store are sold as seen and no refunds will be given, as these are one off items.
